👋 Signing Off for 2024

Hey all! 

As we prepare to close out 2024, we wanted to take a moment to celebrate our accomplishments, reflect on the incredible year we’ve had, and thank you for being part of our journey. This year was filled with many milestones that we’re incredibly proud of (bragging incoming)....

• Solidified our Executive Leadership Team

• Became B Corp Certified

• Launched our new website and refreshed our branding 

• Hosted our first-ever GrowthSource event

• Recognized for 20 awards

• Had a successful first year across the pond with SourceCode UK

• On top of all these accomplishments, we’ve had so much fun with our Source[De]Coded newsletter over the past year and it's something our team looks forward to every other week. With that being said…can we count on you to take a two-minute survey to get some feedback on how we can improve and hear more of what you want to see?! For every response we get we will donate $10 to Save the Children, a global nonprofit organization we’re working with this holiday season that is dedicated to improving the lives of children through education, health care, and emergency aid, ensuring they grow up healthy, educated, and protected. Any feedback is greatly appreciated! 

• We can’t leave you hanging without one FINAL cilent highlight for 2024….Huge congratulations to our wonderful client, Vultr as they have officially achieved unicorn status with a $3.5 billion valuation after raising $333 million 🦄. Our team helped support the news securing two pieces in the Wall Street Journal and more to come including coverage in the Financial Times. This was a global team effort between the US and UK team and we’re so happy to see their hard work and efforts pay off! Check it out here.

As we step into 2025, we’re taking some time to recharge. Our offices will be closed from December 23rd to January 2nd. We’re excited to continue our momentum into 2025 and share our plans soon!
